SULPHURIC ANODISING
Sulphuric acid anodising is an electrolytic process using electricity and a sulphuric acid electrolytic solution causing oxidation of the aluminium surface to form a thin “harder” film of aluminium oxide under controlled conditions.
TYPE II ANDOSING
Type II anodizing contributes to the overall performance, durability, and visual appeal of aluminum components. Its benefits include the following.
Improved corrosion resistance. Type II anodizing creates a protective oxide layer on an aluminum surface, significantly improving its resistance to corrosion. This makes it ideal for components exposed to mild-to-challenging environmental conditions.
Aesthetic finishes. Type II anodizing can produce aesthetically pleasing finishes, giving designers and manufacturers greater flexibility in achieving desired appearances. The anodized surface also maintains its color and appearance over time, unlike painted or coated surfaces.
What We Offer
Coloured Anodising - Black
Type II Anodising - Silver/Clear
Sealing
All of our Anodised parts are sealed as one of our default processes. Good sealing is crucial to corrosion resistance and is necessary for light-fastness on dyed coatings.
Component Capacity - Length 800mm x Width 450mm x Depth 750mm
